With 19-inch racks like this 19U double-CPA rack, which has a mounting depth of 608 mm, it is often difficult to route cables to the rear of the equipment, especially for shorter units. A side access panel provides quick and, above all, much easier access to the rear of the equipment.
The CPA Rack is based on our proven ABS Rack, which has been the standard for maximum transport safety since 1990.
The 19-inch units are mounted in a sturdy steel frame that is Flightcase to the Flightcase via vibration-damping mounts. The number, stiffness, and position of these mounts are individually tailored to the specific weight of the equipment. This ensures that the system provides optimal shock absorption at all times.
Additional advantages of ABS racks include weight savings compared to traditional case-in-case solutions, as well as improved airflow above and to the sides of the equipment.
Typical applications for the ABS series include amp racks, dimmer cabinets, PSU racks, and computer and video units.
